A sweet mom shared the idea of incorporating belly painting into her session, and I loved it so much that I asked another mama if she’d be open to modeling it for me. Next time, I’d probably try watercolors instead of acrylics. The acrylics photographed beautifully with their bold colors, but they can feel thick and sticky. Watercolors would’ve been softer, easier for kids to use, and much simpler to wash off afterward.
